Administrative Assistant 


Requirements

·        Form 5 or above, pleasant with 1-2 years relevant experience.  Fresh graduates will also be considered.

·        Good Telephone Manner, pleasant personality with good communication skills. 

·        Strong skill in multi-tasks, positive working attitude and be a good team player. 

·        Independent, self-motivated and willing to learn.

·        Able to meet tight schedule under pressure.

·        Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

·        Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word and Excel)

·        Experience in customs declaration, logistics and shipping is an advantage. 

 

Responsibilities

·        Provide office administrative and secretarial supports to the team

·        Office equipment and facilities management

·        Office supplies sourcing and stock control

·        Carry out all routine office duties, include filing, data entries (include shipping)

·        Travel arrangement

·        Ad hoc tasks assigned by the Manager
